NORTH
North” reveals the silent power of what lies beneath the surface.
The calm, icy structure above the water hides a vast and mysterious world below—deep, shifting, and alive. This contrast reflects the duality of the human inner landscape: serene on the outside, yet full of memories, layers, and unspoken intensity within.
The turquoise and blue gradients beneath the surface evoke the depths of the subconscious, while the spiral-like form inside the ice suggests a frozen memory, shaped by time.
This painting is the first piece of a future diptych, to be completed with a volcanic work—uniting cold and heat, stillness and eruption.
